Regulators

This classification includes institutions that are regulators of the various sectors of the economy. Regulators are defined as institutions that have the legal authority and responsibility for establishing rules and restrictions, licensing, monitoring compliance and sanctioning a sector of the economy, both public and private.

Sub-vented
This classification includes institutions that have been determined to have the capacity to be fully self- financing and are to be completely commercialized. It also includes those that receive full or partial subvention from the Consolidated Fund. It is expected that over time the only institutions that will remain in this service classification are those that continue to be fully or are partially subvented by Government.
