Mrs. Eva Naa Adjeley Addo

Mrs. Eva Naa Adjeley Addo, born on 8th June,1960 in Accra, is married with four children. She comes from La in the Greater Accra Region. She comes to the job with a rich experience in the field of Human Resource Management. She is currently the Director for Salary Grading, Re-Grading and Job Evaluation at the Fair Wages and Salaries Commission. Mrs. Addo first graduated from the University of Ghana with a degree in Business Administration, Management option.

She pursued further education at the University of Manchester in the UK with MSC in Human Resource Management. Her other academic qualifications include a Post Graduate Certificate in Public Administration from GIMPA and a Certificate course in Human Resource Management from Crown Agents, Worthing, UK.

Until her appointment as a Director at the Fair Wages and Salaries Commission, she had worked with a Public Sector Institution-The Ghana Highway Authority in the Human Resource Division. Here, she rose through the ranks from Assistant Administrative Officer to become the Principal Administrative Officer. In between her service to Ghana, she also worked on secondment with COEN Consulting, the Consultant who eventually recommended the adoption of the Single Spine Pay Policy for the government of government.
