FAIR WAGES AND SALARIES COMMISSION CONCLUDES NEGOTIATIONS WITH GHANA ASSOCIATION OF UNIVERSITIES ADMINISTRATORS (GAUA) AND THE TECHNICAL UNIVERSITIES SENIOR ADMINISTRATORS’ ASSOCIATION OF GHANA (TUSAAG)-10TH JULY,2024.
The Government Team represented by the Fair Wages and Salaries Commission (FWSC), Ghana Tertiary Education Commission (G-TEC) and the Ministry of Finance (MoF), on Wednesday 10th July 2024, engaged with the leadership of Ghana Association of Universities Administrators (GAUA) and the Technical Universities Senior Administrators Association of Ghana (TUSAAG) on their Conditions of Service.
The meeting was a follow-up to the ongoing negotiations with the two Labour Unions on the outstanding issues contained in their existing Collective Agreement.
Consequently, after a series of deliberations, the Government Team was able to reach an agreement with the two Labour Unions.
The Labour Unions expressed their gratitude to the Government Team on the outcome of the negotiations and pledged to work together in the ensuing years.
